Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. This role collaborates with the Store Operations Manager to optimize transfers, buyback/RTV, and reporting.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment and ensure accurate documentation and safety compliance. Shipping/receiving experience is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail/farm/ranch/pet knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, readability and counting required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend, and add value.
• Operate forklift and related equipment; assist customers and load purchases.
• Receive Direct POs, freight, and transfers; complete reconciliation and reporting.
