Job summary

Tractor Supply seeks a Receiver to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role executes receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/ RTVs, and reporting to support overall store performance.

We value hands-on operations and Legendary Customer Service. The position requires flexibility for varied shifts and may involve forklift operation and propane certification training as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred.
• Retail or farming knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Add value and appreciate customers.
• Operate forklift and other store equipment as required.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control, compliance and receiving standards.
