Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role focuses on maintaining accuracy in receiving, performing adjustments, and supporting BOPIS/OMNI processes while collaborating with the Store Operations Manager.

Ideal candidates bring shipping/receiving experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a commitment to Legendary Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime.
• Provide Legendary Customer Service following GURA steps.
• Operate forklift and related store equipment as needed.
• Support inventory control, receiving standards, and compliance actions.
