Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring a Receiver who will handle inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role executes receiving, inventory adjustment, reconciliation, transfer, buyback/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The position requires flexibility, availability, and excellent customer service, with duties ranging from forklift operation and safety checks to supporting BOPIS and Omni channels, and

Qualifications

• Experience shipping/receiving preferred.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, Appreciate Customers.
• Operate forklift and other store equipment.
• Receive Direct POs, Freight, and transfers; complete related inspections and reports.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control, compliance, and receiving standards.
