Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to support inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that back our store operations. The role handles receiving, inventory adjustments, transfers, and related reconciliation while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The position emphasizes delivering Legendary Customer Service and maintaining partnership with leadership to ensure standards and on-time reporting across the store.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Retail experience or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: greet the customer, uncover needs, recommend product solutions, ask to add value.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement and coaching.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections and key propane use as required.
• Pull waiting OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
• Complete BOPIS Reconciliation Report and BODFS Reconciliation Report per standards.
• Receive Direct POs, Mixing Center freight, Bulk Center freight, and DC receiving transfers.
