lululemon Athletica Inc. is seeking a Product Operations Lead in Danbury, CT to drive store product strategy, inventory control, and back-of-house operations.

You will oversee stock levels, participate in hiring decisions, and supervise on-floor guest experiences with a focus on excellence in execution. You will lead inventory shifts, ensure floor/BOH organization, and promote a high-performing culture through coaching and feedback.

Qualificações

• 1 year of work experience required.
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, stocking, or logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or guiding process improvements.
• Experience with business technology to accomplish work.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations and repricing.
• Motivate team members and create a productive inventory shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and support sell-through strategy and availability.
• Review daily data and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training processes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to drive learning and development.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and strong collaboration.
