Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail, inventory or merchandising.
• Experience leading or mentoring others and implementing processes.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy.
• Lead inventory processing and ensure accuracy per SOPs.
• Oversee back-of-house product operations and floor stock levels.
• Provide coaching, feedback and support during shifts.
