Job summary

lululemon in Danbury, CT is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive store product strategy, inventory accuracy, and back-of-house operations. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure the floor and stockroom are well organized while delivering a world-class guest experience.

You will partner with store leadership on product actions, analyze daily metrics, participate in hiring, coaching, and training, and foster an inclusive, high-performance team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Proactively plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management with a fun, productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and product availability for guests.
• Review daily business data and metrics to inform actions and provide recommendations on product focus or pricing.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Address team member performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• As Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor and deliver expert product education to guests.
