Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of service department administration preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates/Technical/Bachelors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly workforce plans balancing customer needs, repairs, parts, and technician skills.
• Communicate maintenance updates, schedule changes, billing concerns, and service issues to customers.
• Ensure Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
• Ensure parts availability for scheduled work.
• Coordinate with vendors for outside work and adherence to schedules.
• Provide customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain shop productivity and optimize the work plan.
• Coordinate with district billing clerks as necessary.
