The role covers inventory control, parts ordering, PartsNet updates, and process analytics using ServiceNet/AS400 to improve operations. The position reports to the Branch Financial Manager and requires travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• Experience in service and parts department preferred.
• Proven collaborative and Agile learner.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Regular, predictable attendance essential.
• Willingness to travel and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity ensuring timely service and minimize losses.
• Order parts with Centralized Parts Ordering and maintain stock levels.
• Receive and store parts; update PartsNet; perform cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tires inventory and warranty items coordination.
• Support branch financial manager to improve profitability.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs and ensure proper payments.
