Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to manage receiving, inventory adjustments, and reconciliation workflows. You will support store operations, execute forklift and propane procedures, and participate in BOPIS/OMNI processes with our team.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and consistent documentation, working with the Store Operations Manager to uphold inventory standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied shifts.
• Operate forklift and perform propane inspections.
• Pull OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Receive Direct POs, freight, and DC transfers; execute unloads and stage loads.
• Stock and tag freight and direct vendor items according to standards.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
