Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines supporting store operations. You will handle receiving, adjustments, reconciliation, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, completing safety checks, pulling OMNI orders, and supporting BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Operate forklift and perform propane inspections as required.
• Pull OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Receive Direct POs and freight transfers; complete loading/unloading tasks.
• Stock and tag freight; create fill-to-capacity picklists for the Freight Team.
• Record inventory adjustments and conduct reconciliation as directed.
