Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. You will execute receiving, inventory adjustment, reconciliation, transfer, buyback/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The role includes forklift operation, propane inspections, and supporting OMNI reconciliation efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping/receiving preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and flexible hours including nights/weekends.
• Perform receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations and reporting.
• Operate forklifts and assist with loading; support BOPIS/OMNI processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures; assist customers as needed.
