Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through accurate receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, transfers and reporting. The role partners with the Store Operations Manager to uphold safety, compliance, and Legendary Customer Service.

Responsibilities include executing BOPIS/OMNI processes, operating forklifts, and completing routine inspections and documentation, while ensuring timely communication with management and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred, not required.
• Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is highly preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.
• Basic computer and math skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and work varied shifts, including overtime as needed.
• Perform receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations and transfers.
• Execute BOPIS/OMNI processes and related reconciliation reports.
• Operate forklift and other store equipment as required.
• Ensure safety and compliance in inventory control procedures.
• Provide Legendary Customer Service and support Store Operations Manager.
