Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. You will execute receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The role requires flexibility, customer service focus, forklift operation, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and reconciliation routines.
• Receive Direct POs and store transfers.
• Process BOPIS/OMNI reconciliations.
• Operate forklift and related equipment as required.
• Review reports and support Store Operations Manager.
• Adhere to safety and company policies.
