Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role handles receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTVs, and reporting while collaborating with the Store Operations Manager.

The position requires flexibility to work varied shifts, a service orientation, and ability to operate forklift and related equipment; relevant certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer; Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants; Recommend Product Solutions; Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
