Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines in a store/distribution setting. You will handle forklift operations, BOPIS reconciliation, and daily reporting to ensure accurate stock levels and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires flexibility with shifts, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a focus on Legendary Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Reading, writing, and counting accuracy essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service and engage customers per company standards.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Pull OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Receive POs and manage truck unloading and loading plans.
• Stock and tag freight and direct vendor shipments as per process.
