Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, and related compliance processes in support of store operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline, and team collaboration with the Store Operations Manager to ensure efficient store performance.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, BOPIS reconciliation, and reporting for daily inventory health.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and receive shipments.
• Perform inventory adjustments and reconciliations.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related reporting.
• Operate forklift and related equipment as needed.
• Assist customers and uphold Tractor Supply’s service standards.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
