Tractor Supply is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role includes executing receiving, adjustments, transfers, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager to uphold service standards and compliance across daily operations.

The position emphasizes flexibility to meet business needs, with duties ranging from forklift operation to BOPIS reconciliation and safety program

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving and retail environments is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Perform receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI processes and related reconciliations.
• Operate forklift and assist customers as needed.
• Complete required inspections, safety checks, and documentation.
