Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy, receiving, and compliant store operations. You will execute receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTVs, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

This role emphasizes reliability, flexibility, and customer service, with duties spanning forklift operation, BOPIS reconciliation, and daily inventory tasks to support a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail or farming knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Reading, writing and counting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate receiving and inventory adjustments.
• Conduct reconciliations and inventory transfers.
• Support BOPIS and omni-channel reconciliation activities.
• Operate forklift and related equipment as needed.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager to uphold safety and process standards.
