Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through accurate receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliation, and related compliance tasks. This role partners with the Store Operations Manager to maintain stock integrity and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities include processing POs and freight transfers, conducting BOPIS/OMNI reconciliations, operating forklifts and related equipment, and ensuring safety and accuracy in daily cycles.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and be flexible for varied shifts.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA principles.
• Receive Direct POs and freight; manage transfers and shipments.
• Operate forklift and other required equipment safely.
• Complete reconciliations and inventory adjustments per policy.
