Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage receiving accuracy, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, and compliance processes in store and distribution environments.

You will partner with the Store Operations Manager to ensure timely, accurate inventory records, support OMNI and BOPIS workflows, and uphold safety and forklift operation standards across tasks and audits.

Formación

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA principles.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections and use as required.
• Pull OMNI orders, support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Receive various POs and transfers; perform receiving and staging activities.
• Stock and label freight per process standards and complete daily reports.
• Partner with Store Ops Manager on inventory control and compliance.
