Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through accurate receiving, inventory adjustments, and reconciliation processes. The role also covers BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, freight handling, and compliance tasks while collaborating with the Store Operations Manager.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable with varied shifts, possess basic computer skills, and have strong attention to detail and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Read, write, and count accurately regardless of education level.
• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Perform receiving, inventory adjustments, and reconciliation per company standards.
• Manage BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, orders, and transfers.
• Inspect forklift and propane use; support Freight Team with loading and staging.
• Process shipments, freight claims, and hazardous waste disposal where applicable.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and compliance.
