Tractor Supply is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines supporting store operations. The role partners with the Store Operations Manager to ensure accuracy and efficiency in receiving, adjustments, and reporting.

Forklift operation and BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation are key duties. Ideal candidates will have shipping/receiving experience, strong math and computer skills, and the ability to work varied shifts, including

• Experience in shipping/receiving or retail is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and reporting.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Pull OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Receive Direct POs and DC transfers; complete receiving paperwork.
• Perform inventory adjustments and reconcile discrepancies.
• Complete monthly reports and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Support Store Operations Manager on inventory control and process follow-up.
