Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role involves executing receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Fulfill shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Perform inventory adjustments and reconciliations per company standards.
• Process Direct POs, transfers, and freight as assigned.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines and reporting.
