Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through accurate receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, and omni-channel processes. You will collaborate with the Store Operations Manager to ensure compliance and efficient daily routines, while delivering Legendary Customer Service to our customers.

Formación

• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including varying hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: greet customers, uncover needs, recommend solutions, add value, and show appreciation.
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely as required.
• Receive Direct POs and DC freight, execute unloading plans, and stage items for freight teams.
• Perform inventory adjustments, reconciliations, buybacks/RTV, and BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control, receiving standards, and process follow-up.
