Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through accurate receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliation, and transfer handling. The role emphasizes compliance with company processes and partnership with the Store Operations Manager.

You will handle PO receipts, freight, and BOPIS/OMNI tasks while controlling shrink and ensuring accurate reporting and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Receive Direct POs, freight, and transfers; perform inventory adjustments and reconciliation.
• Pull OMNI orders, support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, and complete related reports per company standards.
• Operate forklift, baler, and other equipment; assist customers with loading purchases.
