Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to safeguard inventory accuracy and maintain compliance across store operations. The role involves receiving Direct POs, managing transfers, and supporting BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation with the Store Operations Manager.

You will perform forklift-related tasks, inspect equipment, and ensure efficient stocking, labeling, and reporting to uphold our Legendary Customer Service standard.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and counts accurately.
• Able to communicate clearly with team members and customers.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and data entry.
• Strong effort to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts including varied hours, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
