Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks an Inventory Control Specialist responsible for inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role executes receiving, inventory adjustment, reconciliation, transfer, buyback/RTV, compliance, and reporting processes while maintaining partnership with the Store Operations Manager.

You will perform forklift operations, BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, and safety procedures, while handling freight, returns, and cycle counts

Qualifications

• Experience: Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting skills emphasized.
• Basic math skills and strong interpersonal skills are desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and flexibility for varied shifts.
• Handle receiving, inventory adjustments, and routine reconciliation tasks.
• Operate forklift and assist with loading/unloading and stock placement as needed.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related reporting with the Store Operations Manager.
• Process Direct POs, freight, transfers, and periodic cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
