Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through accurate receiving, regular inventory reconciliation, and compliance routines. The role involves handling OMNI orders, BOPIS reconciliation, freight receiving, and stock tagging while collaborating with the Store Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, performing safety inspections, and maintaining documentation to ensure precise inventory levels and process adherence.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and schedule shifts including nights/weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service per GURA framework.
• Perform forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Process OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Receive Direct POs and DC transfers, stage freight, and tag items.
• Complete inventory adjustments and reconcile discrepancies.
• Partner with Store Ops Manager on inventory control and compliance.
