Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to enhance receiving accuracy, inventory control, and compliance routines that support store operations. You will handle direct POs, transfers, and BOPIS reconciliation while maintaining safety and service standards.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, periodic inspections, and collaborating with the Store Operations Manager to ensure accurate counts and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading and counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Receive Direct POs and transfers; perform forklift duties as needed.
• Conduct forklift and propane inspections and safety checks.
• Perform inventory adjustments and reconcile discrepancies per policy.
