Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role handles receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTVs, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

You will work with forklift operations, perform audits, support Omni-channel fulfillment such as BOPIS, and ensure safety and process adherence.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and math proficiency are required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Retail experience or related knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varying shifts including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Provide Legendary Customer Service per company standards.
• Operate forklift and assist with loading purchases as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
