Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and reconciliation. The role handles receiving, adjustments, transfers, compliance, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

You will maintain attendance, work varied shifts, and perform forklift-related tasks, BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, and daily reporting to ensure Legendary Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs, Recommend Product Solutions, Ask to Add Value.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections and key propane use as required.
• Pull OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
• Complete BOPIS Reconciliation Report and BODFS Reconciliation Report according to company standards.
• Receive Direct POs, Mixing Center freight, Bulk Center freight, and DC receiving transfers, including new and open transfers.
