Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role involves receiving Direct POs, completing adjustments, and coordinating with the Store Operations Manager to maintain accuracy and control across processes.

The position emphasizes forklift operation, BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, and proactive participation in safety and loss prevention within a retail distribution

Competenze

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Regardless of education level, you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work varied hours including nights and weekends.
