Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance activities within the store operations framework. The role covers receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while collaborating with the Store Operations Manager to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The position supports Omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS/OMNI) and requires the ability to operate forklifts, perform safety inspections,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required; retail or farming/animal knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Assist in inventory control, receiving, adjustments, and compliance tasks.
• Pull OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Receive Direct POs and DC transfers, stage Freight, and complete related reports.
• Operate forklift and other equipment as needed, and assist customers.
