Job summary

Kenco Group is hiring an Inventory Control Lead to coach Clerks, train teammates, and manage inventory accuracy. The role covers physical inventories, cycle counts, and reporting, with forklift operation duties and adherence to quality standards.

You will support supervisors, participate in root cause analysis, and help keep the facility ISO/FDA readiness while promoting continuous improvement. This on-site role travels up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• 2-4 years inventory/warehouse ops experience with 6 months leadership.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Inventory Management System preferred.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in Excel.
• Attention to detail; forklift operator license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train Inventory Clerks; lead by example.
• Assist with inventory, cycle counts, and accuracy.
• Direct staff in daily workload and SOP adherence.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and root causes.
• Utilize LEAN Six Sigma tools to improve processes.
• Safely operate equipment and support ISO/FDA readiness.
• Review daily inventory reports and back-up other roles.
