Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to coach and guide Inventory Clerks while performing core warehouse duties, including cycle counts and inventory reporting. You’ll support safety and compliance programs and handle material handling tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in warehouse operations, at least 6 months of supervisory experience, and proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. On-site, full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; able to pass background check and drug screen.
• 2–4 years of inventory/warehouse operations experience; 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a distribution setting.
• Proficient using Warehouse Inventory Management System; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train Inventory Clerks; lead inventory control activities.
• Assist Supervisor with physical inventories and cycle counts for inbound/outbound product.
• Direct inventory staff in completing tasks and ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
• Ensure ISO, FDA readiness and maintain safe, organized warehouse operations.
