Kenco Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the site Inventory Department, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of inbound and outbound inventory. The role involves directing associates, coordinating physical counts, training, and safety compliance within the KQMS framework.

Travel is limited and the supervisor will prepare daily reports while supporting continuous improvement efforts across the facility.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5+ years in inventory planning or supervision of warehouse staff.
• Experience supervising hourly warehouse employees.

Aufgaben

• Oversee accuracy of inbound and outbound inventory through audits and cycle counts.
• Direct inventory staff to meet customer expectations and schedule.
• Coordinate physical inventories and zone physical inventory areas.
• Ensure safety training and compliance with quality systems.
• Prepare and process daily reports and review hours in timekeeping.
