Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in warehouse/distribution operations.
• 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a distribution environment.

Aufgaben

• Coach and train warehouse associates in daily tasks.
• Perform PIT operation and annual recertification training.
• Support supervisor and backfill as needed across departments.
• Assist with shipping/receiving, inventory control, and cycle counts.
• Ensure safety inspections and regulatory compliance during shifts.
