Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and train warehouse associates, support the supervisor, and ensure efficiency across shipping/receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse functions.

Responsibilities include PIT training, safety observations, daily inspections, and maintaining production reports while acting as a backup to leadership and ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Minimum 2 years prior warehouse/distribution operations experience and 6 months experience related leadership or supervisory experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates to fulfill daily tasks and provide back-up to the supervisor.
• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers and conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution; load, unload, and store materials.
