Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong sales experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfort with internet-based customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer internet inquiries and establish follow-up with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using scripts
• Provide customers with initial product information
• Apply ethical selling techniques; complying with all company, DMV, State and Federal requirements
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads old and new
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
