Mossy Auto Group is seeking energetic Internet Sales Consultants to join its fast-paced Internet Sales team in California. You will monitor internet leads, determine customer vehicle needs, and follow up to encourage repeat and referral business.

The role includes vehicle delivery and ethical selling within state requirements. Compensation is primarily commission-based with a base wage for non-sales work; average annual commissions are estimated between $65,000 and $130,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and web navigation.
• Professional appearance and valid CA driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information
• Apply ethical selling techniques; complying with all company, DMV, State and Federal requirements
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads old and new
• Participate in team & process development sessions – maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
