Mossy Auto Group is seeking an Internet Sales Consultant to join its fast-paced team in California. You will manage internet leads, determine customer vehicle needs, and drive follow-ups, including vehicle delivery as needed.

The role is primarily commission-based with a base wage for non-sales hours. Expected average annual commissions range from $65,000 to $130,000, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one prior sales role and a track record of success

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up for sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information
• Present financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with both new and existing leads
• Participate in team and process development sessions with dealership staff
• Use CRM tracking system daily
