Mossy Nissan Kearny Mesa is hiring for an Internet Sales Consultant to manage inbound internet leads, identify customer vehicle needs, and drive sales through follow-ups and demonstrations. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail automotive environment focused on commissions and minimum wage for non-sales tasks.

Responsibilities include lead response across email, phone, and chat, presenting financing options, and maintaining CRM records. Strong communication and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one previous sales role
• Team-oriented attitude with a courteous approach
• Prompt and courteous in communications
• Enthusiastic personality and engaging demeanor
• Strong computer skills and data entry ability
• Good web/data entry proficiency and professional image
• Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts
• Provide customers with initial product information
• Apply ethical selling techniques and comply with regulations
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads old and new
• Participate in team sessions and maintain positive relationships
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
