Mossy Auto Group is seeking energetic Internet Sales Consultants to join our fast-paced team. You will monitor and respond to internet leads, determine vehicle needs, and schedule sales appointments.

The role emphasizes ethical selling, product knowledge, and presenting financing options while supporting teamwork within the dealership. Employees are primarily commission-based with a minimum wage for non-sales work and rest periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum background in sales; proven ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Team-oriented; able to work with a sales team and management.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up for sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries with scripts and templates.

• Present financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads old and new to nurture opportunities.
• Participate in team sessions and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily to log activities.
