Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an International Operations Agent I in Chelsea, MA to coordinate daily import/export shipments across all modes between the USA and Mexico. You will work with customers to gather requirements, prepare quotations, and schedule departures and arrivals to meet customer timelines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in export/import operations and knowledge of ITAR, DG, TSA regulations, and CBP requirements. Familiarity with CargoWise and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years Industry experience in export/import operations is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day import/export of international shipments into/out of USA & Mexico across all modes.
• Qualify shipping requirements, obtain necessary regulations, certificates, and documentation for quotations.
• Prepare profitable quotations and set shipping schedules with customers and ports.
