Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an International Operations Agent II to coordinate daily import/export shipments into and out of the USA across air and ocean modes. You will work with customers to qualify requirements, prepare quotations, and schedule loading with carriers and ports.

The role demands 3+ years in export/import operations and 5+ years in international freight forwarding, with knowledge of IATA, TSA, AES, and CBP regulations. Evening/overnight shifts are possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in export/import operations.
• 5+ years experience as freight forwarder for international operations.
• Knowledge of IATA/NVOCC, FAA, TSA, export regulations, AES, CBP is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day import/export of shipments via air or ocean.
• Prepare profitable quotations based on customer requirements.
• Set shipping schedules and liaise with customers, carriers and ports.
