Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an International Operations Agent III to coordinate import/export shipments into and out of the USA across all modes. You will work with customers to gather requirements, schedule departures, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high service levels.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in air/ocean operations, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with Cargowise. Join a global team focused on reliable, compliant logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience in air, ocean, import/export operations required.
• 7+ years experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred.
• CCS/Cargowise certifications required or strongly preferred.
• Dangerous Goods certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day import/export operations for shipments.
• Prepare accurate quotations for customers.
• Set shipping schedules and liaise with customers, carriers and ports.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or issues promptly.
• Ensure billing adheres to company guidelines and timelines.
