Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of export/import operations experience.
• Experience with ITAR, DG or TSA regulations.
• Familiar with NVOCC operations and freight documentation.

Responsibilities

• Qualify shipping requirements and obtain details for quotations.
• Prepare profitable quotations accurately.
• Set shipping schedules and coordinate with carriers, ports and customers.
• Coordinate day-to-day import/export of shipments and review orders.
• Track shipments and communicate delays or issues to customers.
• Ensure shipments are billed within company guidelines.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and perform month-end posting.
