Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking an International Operations Agent II to coordinate daily import/export activities across air and ocean modes for US-bound and outbound shipments.

You will ensure compliance with regulations, prepare quotations, and manage schedules in a fast-paced global environment. The role requires strong communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams; prior experience in ITAR/DG/TSA and CBP knowledge is essential, with opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in export/import operations.
• 5+ years experience as freight forwarder for international operations including IATA/NVOCC, FAA, TSA, AES, CBP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day import/export of shipments and review orders and documents.
• Prepare profitable quotations and set shipping schedules with customers, carriers, and ports.
• Track shipments and communicate delays, damages, or issues; ensure billing and SOP adherence.
